Hello! I am a university student from Turkey and I am studying English language for 3 years now. I had some minor experiences with translation and in the future I am planning to have a career in game localization. Lieve Oma is a very warming and sweet game. I would love to translate it to Turkish for free! :) If you are interested please contact me.

(+2)

really adored this game, especially as someone who've spent most of my life with my grandma as well.

(+1)

A lovely, sweet and emotional game, I really loved it

(+2)

Short and sweet. Those who are there for us in difficult times truly are the best!

a very tender beautiful game. My grandparents are in a different country and this made me bawl.

(+1)

and thank you for sharing this lovely experience with us! Such a heartwarming little game!

At the start of the game I saw what it was trying to do, but I didn't think it would 'get' me. From the first part with the snow I was hooked. This game will only take 30 minutes of your time, but it's worth every second.

(+1)

I played this a long time ago and forgot to post here. I didn't know my nana too well, but it made me think about my family and my younger life. It was a sad experience, but it was a nice experience too. Thank you for making this game.

(+2)

Very relaxing and heart warming for me. Thanks. I needed this kind of game. I also began thinking about my grandparents through this game.

(+2)

Took me back to days spent wandering the farm with my Oupa, hypnotized by his unique blend of science and make-believe storytelling.

At the start i thought the grandma was going to die or something like that but at the end she didn't and i was SO HAPPY, this is a truly beautiful experience and its touching to me considering all of my grandparents are gone

(+5)

Thank you for this, my oma recently left my life and I was very scared to play because I thought the same thing, glad she survives <3

(+6)

me, first saw the game page: "hmm, this looks quite cute"
me, 30 minutes after: *all in tears, phoning grandma* (no joking)

Never the less, it seems that it's been a while since the game is out and I am happy I discovered the game on the website somehow, indeed! I really admire how neat the idea and how good the realization both are.

cheers.

Great world with natural story telling.Lot of emotions. During Quarantine it's a fresh air. Thanks!

for those of you who don't know, lieve oma is Dutch for sweet grandma

(+1)(-1)

Google translate says "Dear grandma"

(+2)

It has multiple meanings. But i understand

I just downloaded the game because it looked really great and I love small Indi games especially because my grandma died and I was really close to her but when I opened it on my Mac it says it needed to be updated by the developer? I was really sad to hear this.

This game is beautiful.... Thanks for giving me the chance to experience this I lost my grandfather a year ago and this game made me feel like he just beside me. Thank you so much.

(+2)

This game looked super nice, but it crashed in the middle of my playthrough, during the second part in winter. I got the logs here: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/571341419088838686/695377058150350889/err... (yeah sorry that's all I have under hand now)

(+1)

A simple and charming experience. I found it to be beautiful.

My grandma lived in the countryside so my memories of her and nature are always connected. This game helped me revisit some of those days.

Thank you for that.

(+1)

THIS WAS SUCH A CUTE GAME! I love the relationship between the child and the grandma so much. ( spoiler ) This game made me very emotional because my parents are divorced as well and I loved how the grandma comforted and tried to help the child. I also like that you get to play as the child in the future as she is all grown up, and you get to hear the relationship between the girl and the grandma, that they are closer and that the girl is in better state of her life.I also love the art style!

BUT I am concerned that ME AND GRANDMA HAVE NO ARMS!

(+2)

Thank you for making this game

Just a thing; nowadays macOS does not support x86. The x64 version should be the main (and probably the only) version

(+1)

Did I almost cry playing this game?

. . . . Maybe.

Thank you for making this!

(+1)

That is a great game!

i closed the game and it did not save please make a save system i cant play this game for an hour

im about to download and all the comments tell me this game's gonna fuck me up

(+1)

This game was wonderful, and it was so heartwarming to see a little bit of your relationship with your grandma, that's a beautiful thing. Thank you for letting us experience something like this.

However, I encountered a small problem: right before I entered the first "present" anowy scene, I lost the ability to interact with anything, I could not even pick the mushrooms, and the only thing to do was to go on to the next scene, after that the problem disappered.
